ADULT EDUCATION

Great Rivers Adult Education Consortium

Provides adult learners with a comfortable, challenging, learning and networking environment to enhance work, English language and life skills.

Provides free and confidential health and human services information for people in Minnesota. We’re here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to connect you with the resources and information you need. Whether you are in crisis, or need a little support, we’re here to help.

Day One Domestic Violence Crisis and Resource Line

Day One is a statewide network of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, youth-and community-advocacy programs in Minnesota. Day One hosts the Minnesota Day One Crisis Line which connects individuals seeking safety and resources to service agencies statewide via phone, text or chat message. The Day One Call Center also answers calls, texts and chat messages to the Minnesota Crime Victim Support Line.

Washington County Public Health and Environment

Prenatal and breast feeding education, parenting support, immunization clinic, WIC, and long-term care programs. Family Health Nursing provides supportive home visits and health education to pregnant women and families with children in Washington County. Services for health promotion, adolescent health, and disease prevention and control.

The Baby Blanket

Valley Outreach

Seniors 65+ may visit food shelf twice a month plus every Friday. Delivery is available to those in need. NAPS (Nutritional Assistance Program for Seniors) and case management services are also available.

Metro Mobility

A shared public transportation service for certified riders who are unable to use regular fixed-route buses due to a disability or health condition. Rides are provided for any purpose.
